Commissioned by a driven Adelaide entrepreneur, this 79 was built to strike the perfect balance between rugged reliability and weekends off-grid with the family.

Unfortunately the city of Adelaide and surrounding areas doesn’t have shop like ours, one that offers a turn-key complete service transforming a brand new stock un-registered 79 to what you see before us. Everything taken care of inclusive of SSM suspension upgrades, interior strip out and sound insulation and even down to his choice of bar-work and spot light combination. Let us not forget the hand-built SE tray!

The decision was easy for the owner to send the car to us in Sydney. Skipping out on all the other 4wd and tray manufacturing shops a long the way as his local Toyota Dealership arranged the transport to and from at no additional cost so it was a no brainer.

Throughout the build, the owner was sent regular email updates of the progress which included links to dropbox folders full of images. GPS satellite tracking was also installed, that way he could track the return of the vehicle on its voyage home.
