TOW RIG
AUGUST, 2024

After years of anticipation and planning, Justin finally picked up his brand new Tow Rig. What makes this moment even more special is the journey that led to it.
The story began when our client flew in from Melbourne to discuss a full vehicle build by us. We gave him a shop tour through our facility and walked him through a few of our other builds. What set us apart from any other tray/canopy manufacturer is our ability and willingness to provide a one-stop-shop and handle all facets of his build, and be willing to let him make the big decisions on choice of accessories and overall look of the vehicle.
At the time, and with the release of the newly updated LC79 with crash avoidance radar (and the big ugly blinkers), acquiring the vehicle of his dreams was not a straightforward process. From the outset, our client faced challenges that would test anyone’s patience. Supply chain issues, production delays, and lingering uncertainties made the road long and winding. We kept him informed throughout the entire process, made sure to update him on every development—when parts arrived, to production milestones and estimated delivery dates.
His excitement never wavered; instead, it grew with each passing month as he envisioned the adventures that lay ahead with his Land Cruiser. Throughout the build process, we updated our client with plenty of photos, social media posts/tags and the occasional phone chat to catch up and discuss any questions we both might of had for each other—personalizing the vehicle was just as critical as its performance for him.
As our client works in the Australian Defense Force and was based in Cairns at the time, handover was delayed so we had no problem storing his completed vehicle, locked away out of the weather until he could fly in. We took the time to walk him through the features of his new vehicle, showcasing our work, explaining how things operate even down to where all the fuses are and how to maintain his new tray from the years of abuse that awaits.
For anyone else considering a similar journey, remember that good things come to those who wait. We are here to support you every step of the way, ensuring that your dream vehicle becomes a reality just like Justin’s did. Whether it takes two years or two months, the feeling of finally driving away in a vehicle you love and what you’ve always wanted is always worth it.
