Like with a lot of our interstate builds, I had never met the client. We had discussed his intentions to travel Australia and was in the process of purchasing a brand new 79 Series Toyota Land Cruiser. Our tray and canopy package appealed to him as we could undertake the whole build and fit-out all under one roof. He was thrilled that Toyota could drop the vehicle off, we fit it out and ship it back to Airlie Beach, at no cost to him and all ready for rego.

The build consisted of an SE built custom tray with heaps of under-tray accessories like 60L stored water system, twin piston ARB compressor with 2x alloy air tanks, hidden tap feature behind the toolbox door, headboard mounted fuel filler, LED lighting inside the toolboxes, & a removable half canopy which connects via a single plug.

The canopy features full aluminium construction with clearview fridge drop slide on one side, powered by a 110AH AGM battery, Redarc battery management, LED internal motion sensor lighting and the other side sports a deep slide out draw, USB/Cig sockets for charging devices and a carpeted top.
